Warranty Submission Options

Some manufacturers will handle warranty claims directly with you, eliminating the extra step of having to go through Adrenaline RC Racing. If you’re submitting a warranty claim for any of the below brands, click the corresponding dropdown and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

Warranty only applies as described by the product manufacturer and on products accompanied by a dated proof of purchase. Warranty service or replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Horizon Hobby. Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are not transferable. Collateral damage is NOT covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Horizon is not responsible for any loss of data or information associated with the service. All warranty claims should be handled directly through Traxxas and not your hobby dealer [Adrenaline RC Racing]. If you suspect you have a warranty claim, contact Traxxas toll free at 1-888-TRAXXAS (1-888-872-9927). Many times we are able to immediately solve problems over the phone. Traxxas Corporation assumes responsibility for their products and will repair or replace any defective product at their sole discretion.

Our toll-free customer service line provides direct access to our highly experienced factory trained representatives. In most cases, replacement items are sent out the same day the request is received. In the event that factory service is required, our technicians are usually able to make repairs within a 3-5 working day time frame after we receive the product.

In addition to these warranties, Traxxas offers an extended service plan for electronic components after the 30-day warranty has expired. This plan states that Traxxas will repair electronic components at any time throughout the life of the part for a flat rate plus $5.00 for shipping and handling. The electronic components covered under this service plan include certain Traxxas transmitters, receivers, servos, motors, and speed controls. Traxxas also offers a Lifetime Engine Replacement Plan for nitro-powered models as part of our Power-Up™ Program. This plan allows you, at any time throughout the lifetime of your TRX Pro.15, TRX 2.5, or TRX 3.3 engine, to exchange it for a brand-new engine at 50% of the suggested retail price of the new TRX engine. In addition to using this program to replace your engine with a new, identical engine, you can also use the Power-Up Program to upgrade from the TRX Pro .15 to the TRX 2.5, or from the TRX 2.5 to the TRX 3.3. ProTek Amain Hobbies Warranty

Submit a warranty claim through evo.  

Step 1. Consult the manufacturer’s website to determine if the damage is covered by their warranty. Here are a few things that are NOT covered by warranty:  

  • Normal wear resulting from standard usage that occurs over time.
  • Damage resulting from contact with objects.
  • Damage to product resulting from improper care or unnecessary roughness.
  • Parts, hardware, accessories that were lost or have gone missing AFTER receiving your shipment.

Step 3. We will contact you with further instructions as next steps vary by manufacturer. Please be patient as warranty issues can take a considerable amount of time to resolve as sometimes manufacturers are slow to respond to our outreach.
 

Warranty Policy Details

Shipping expense to send the product back to Adrenaline RC Racing or directly to the manufacturer for approval is the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Any outside expenses that stem from a warranty situation (labor, part installs) aren't covered by Adrenaline RC Racing or the manufacturer.  

Adrenaline RC Racing can help you navigate this process but there are other options that could be quicker and easier for you. Going through the manufacturer directly can be a good option. They may be able to better evaluate the issue via email and they can process a warranty claim as manufacturer even if you didn’t buy the directly from them.
