NISSAN 300ZX TURBO KIT
Since it was first introduced in 1969, the Nissan Motor Company's "Z" has set standards for everyone else to follow. The "Z" has been the most widely produced sports car in the world. In mid 1989, Nissan showed their latest achievement with the 300ZX Turbo. This pursuit of a perfect relationship between car and driver has yielded another superlative sports car with both ride comfort and great handling.
Under its very aesthetic body lies a twin turbocharged 3.0 liter, V6 cylinder, DOHC, engine with four valves per cylinder. It provides a combination of low-end torque and plenty of horsepower for high engine speeds. The sophisticated four-wheel independent muli-link suspension system ensures predictable, stable behavior at all speeds. To fully exploit this advanced powerplant and suspension system, Nissan went through an extensive research and development effort to produce a rigid, lightweight, vibration free, force resistant structure to keep everything together. The elegant and aerodynamically functional body styling is the result of hundreds of hours of wind tunnel testing, which produced a drag coefficient of cd. 0.31, one of the lowest figures of any car on the road today. Nissan's "Z" offers a remarkable blend of function and comfort once again setting new standards, and sure to influence sports car design for many years to come.

Truly iconic car names are few and far between, but one must surely apply that moniker to the “Z-Car”, sold in Japan as the Fairlady Z – from its debut as the 240Z (S30) in 1969 through to the present day, it has delighted sports car fans across the world. The current 370Z design has been tweaked and updated since its first release in 2008, and in May 2018 a special Heritage edition was released with racing stripes and an interior design inspired by the special “Zap” edition of the classic 280Z. Tamiya has faithfully reproduced this heritage edition Z in 1/24 scale with all the detailed edition parts faithfully depicted.

This is a Tamiya 1/24 Subaru Impreza STi Model. There is no better way to test the toughness of an automobile than by entering it in the World Rally Championships (WRC). Rally cars are engineered to race over paved, dirt and snow/ice covered roads at breakneck speeds and in all kinds of weather. Success in these races virtually guarantees sparking consumer interest in purchasing the production car. Subaru understood this when they first entered the WRC back in 1990. Their first contender, the Legacy was succeeded by the more compact Impreza, which was imbued with two years of tested technology. This sports sedan generated intense popularity among consumers looking for a street car with the guts of a WRC contender. In August 2000, a second generation of the Impreza was born. One of the specially tuned versions of this car was the Impreza WRX STi (Subaru Tecnica International). Its 2-litre 4-cylinder turbo engine adopts a reinforced cylinder block, molybdenum coated steel pistons, high capacity turbo and intercooler. The power of the STi version was boosted to 280hp with a 38kgm maximum torque. This power is efficiently transmitted to the four wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission, also developed by STi. The suspension adopts rally-proven 4-wheel struts, ensuring a smooth ride over all kinds of road conditions. Blister style over-fenders on the powerful four-door body and an enlarged air intake on the hood give the Impreza WRX STi, as its name suggests, a truly impressive appearance.
Outer wings can be assembled folded or extended, and right and left tailplane move.
Choose between open and closed canopy, and expanded or stored refueling probe and boarding ladder.
Air intake and dust box are combined together for easy setup.
Parts are included to depict missiles (the same as Kit # 61114) and drop tank on fuselage underside.
Comes with decals for multiple marking options including VF-51 during the Vietnam War.
Includes a full color painting guide and four-language background story.
This ALL-NEW 1/48 scale model aircraft series kit recreates the Phantom II, which depicts the F-4B variant. The Phantom II first entered service in 1961, and offered excellent adaptability to a range of purposes. F-4Bs were the first Phantom II aircraft to see active service; powered by twin jet engines, they could carry significant ordnance and were used by the Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps through the Vietnam War, and into the 1970s and 1980s before they were phased out in favor of later designs and left U.S. service in 1996.
Tamiya 1/35 King Tiger "Production Turret" Tank Plastic Model Kit^
Save $ 10.20
In order to counter the increasing threat of Russian tanks during the latter part of the Second World War, Germany began development of a new heavy tank in February 1943. Officially designated the Panzerkampfwagen VI-B Tiger II, but better known as the King Tiger, it featured thick armor and a powerful main gun. Henschel and Porsche, who had prior experiences in the manufacturing of heavy tanks, came up with rival prototypes incorporating different turret configurations. After trials, the Henschel design was adopted for production. The King Tiger carried the Type 43 L71, 88mm high velocity main gun which was capable of penetrating 170mm thick armor plate at a distance of 1000 meters. Auxiliary armament included two 7.92mm machine guns mounted on the front hull section and on the turret. The extremely thick armor on the turret front measured 185mm and 88mm on the side panels. Power for this massive tank was supplied by a Maybach HL230 P30 V-12 cylinder, liquid cooled engine, producing 700 horsepower. The King Tiger went into mass production at the Henschel factory beginning August 1944, following the delivery of the last Tiger I tanks. Although the tank possessed advanced technology and sophistication, only 430 units incorporating the Henschel turret came off the factory line, and less than 500 total were ever available for combat.
