Description
This is an optional Exotek D413 Machined Spur Gear & Mounting Plate Set, with a 72 tooth spur gear. This heavy duty machined spur gear features a machined 7075 aluminum mounting plate and a stronger machined delrin spur gear that will not flex like the stock spur gear, reducing the chances of stripping a gear. Plus, the 2 piece design simplifies spur gear changes because you do not have to open the gear diff and remove the outdrives! Additionally, the alloy mounting plate helps to dissipate heat from the diff, helping to cool the diff fluid for more consistent diff action. Package includes all the parts and hardware required for the conversion, as well as a 72 spur gear. An optional 68 tooth spur gear is available separately for stock spec class gearing.
