The E-flite Micro Boeing 787 Dreamliner is an officially licensed Boeing replica of one of the most advanced airliners ever built, scaled down so you can enjoy a convenient airliner flying experience in more places and smaller spaces. It’s the most affordable, practical, and easiest-to-fly 787 EDF model yet. Twin 30mm fans driven by brushless outrunner motors run on popular 3S 600-850mAh batteries, delivering better-than-scale performance, long flight times, and even aerobatics like loops, rolls, and inverted flight. It’s also the first micro EDF model with optional-use motor/thrust reversing to shorten rollouts after landing.
Exclusive Spektrum AS3X smooths out wind and turbulence for the locked-in feel of a much larger airplane, while optional-use SAFE Select adds pitch and bank angle limits with automatic self-leveling you can switch on or off. SAFE Select also includes an automatic Hand Launch Assist mode that adds up-elevator for easier launches. The included fixed landing gear with a steerable nose wheel lets you taxi, take off from, and land on smooth surfaces. Or remove the gear for more speed and performance and hand launch over grass.
The durable EPS airframe is lighter and stiffer than EPO or EPP, with molded-in scale details, plastic-reinforced nacelle bottoms and wingtips, and composite reinforcement throughout. It arrives fully factory-assembled in the Boeing demonstrator trim scheme with functional LED navigation, strobe, and landing lights, ready to bind to your transmitter. Real-time telemetry (battery voltage, current, and more) is available on compatible AirWare transmitters with Smart and non-Smart batteries.
