This is a replacement Kyosho Clamping Wheel Hub Set. These will also work with the Lazer, TF-5, and Ultima vehicles as an optional replacement for the stock plastic hubs. These clamp to the axles and will help to eliminate the possibility of a snapped wheel pin.
