Factory-finished with exclusive Summit Racing livery, the detailed scale body of the SCX24 Summit Racing Gladiator perfectly embodies the spirit of overland adventuring. To access the battery for quick replacement or recharging, simply remove one clip and tilt back the body.
PRO-LINE OIL-FILLED SHOCKS
Pro-Line oil-filled shocks with aluminum threaded bodies allow the suspension of the SCX24 Summit Racing Gladiator to articulate smoothly over rough terrain. Easily adjust the preload to fine tune your rig for handling needs.
PRO-LINE WHEELS & TIRES
Axial outfits the SCX24 Summit Racing Jeep JT Gladiator with Pro-Line Mickey Thompson Baja Pro X tires, for the grip to navigate extreme terrain and challenging trails. The tires are mounted on scale-looking, easy to use Pro-Line Impulse Bead-Loc wheels.
WORM GEARS
Metal worm gears in the SCX24 Summit Racing Jeep JT Gladiator’s front and rear differentials provide durability, high ground clearance, and strong drag brakes.
STEEL C-CHANNEL CHASSIS FRAME RAILS
Like the 1/10 scale Axial SCX10 platform, the 1/24 scale chassis of the SCX24 Summit Racing Gladiator features rugged and sturdy steel C-channel frame rails with bracing to keep everything intact and aligned.
FRONT AND REAR SOLID AXLE HOUSINGS
The front and rear axles consist of a two piece, molded composite solid axle design. For optimal handling, the suspension of the SCX24 Summit Racing Gladiator features a 3-link front and 4-link rear setup.
4-LINK REAR SUSPENSION
The 4-link design of the rear suspension geometry is optimized to reduce axle steer and torque twist.
DURABLE STEEL AXLES
Steel front and rear axles, front stub axles, and dogbones provide the strength and durability needed to keep going during tough climbs and over rough trails.
DYNAMITE BRUSHED MOTOR
The included Dynamite 88T 180-size brushed electric motor provides the right amount of torque for making steep climbs. It's mated to a steel motor mount to keep flex to a minimum and help protect the gears.
SPLINED DRIVE SHAFTS
The front and rear drive shafts are splined and sleeved to allow for maximum suspension travel while keeping power to the wheels.
SPEKTRUM SLT2 2.4GHz RADIO SYSTEM
If the SCX24 Summit Racing Gladiator is your first RC vehicle, the throttle limiting feature of its Spektrum SLT2 radio will help you learn control skills safely. You can hold the rig’s maximum available speed to 50% or 75% until you’re comfortable driving at full power. The ready-to-run package is so complete, even AA transmitter batteries are included.
FULL BALL BEARINGS
The SCX24 Summit Racing Gladiator may be small, but its high-quality features deliver big-league performance and value. Rather than cutting costs with bushings, for example, the drivetrain spins freely on sealed cartridge bearings throughout the entire vehicle.
