Water-Resistant Design
The internal sensor board is protected with a silicone conformal coating to guard against moisture. However, the external sensor connections themselves are not fully waterproof—exposure to water may cause signal interruptions and affect sensored performance. Castle advises applying dielectric grease to the sensor connections after installation and performing regular maintenance following wet runs.
