A low center of gravity gives the 22S DLM the confident cornering composure that makes late models feel faster and more forgiving than sprint cars, and the officially licensed Summit Racing livery makes this one of the sharpest-looking RC oval racers on the market right out of the box.

Under the officially licensed body — designed with the correct skew and twist found on full-scale late models for maximum downforce — you'll find a 2.5mm 6061-T6 aluminum chassis, threaded aluminum shock bodies, adjustable steel turnbuckles, and an all-metal-gear transmission with adjustable dual slipper clutch. The sealed gear differential arrives pre-filled with 3000cSt diff fluid for optimal performance from the first lap, and the adjustable battery tray accommodates both full-length and shorty packs secured with easy-to-use elastomer straps. The Spektrum Firma 3650 3300Kv brushless motor and Firma 45A Smart Lite ESC push the 22S DLM to 25+ mph on 2S, while the Spektrum SLT2 transmitter adds throttle limiting at 50% and 75% for drivers still building their oval skills. The innovative clipless body mounting system lifts the entire body and roll cage assembly off the chassis with the press of a single button — making battery swaps, maintenance, and upgrades faster than any other detailed body design on the market.
