Love this for it's realism. I am running this on my SCX10-II currently, with the Hot Racing TRX4 front bumper (minimal modifications) I did have to re drill the holes in the bumper for the winch mount as they didn't quite line up. Only issue I had, was having to remove the roller fairlead and retie the hook on the rope as my bumper already has a fRead more about review stating Good winchairlead.

I've had this winch before and not one time can i complain..... it is just as tough as the real life winch

The winch worked pretty good at first. Until the transmitter/receiver delayed while winching in and pulled the hook into the fairlead resulting in the gearset stripping. RC4WD says they have a 30 day warranty from date of purchase... so when Amain doesnt ship your order for 25 days due to other items being back ordered you essentially lose your warranty (ACCORDING TO RC4WD) when the part breaks within 30 days of you receiving it. After looking at some of their other items they look to either be trash or extremely over priced.

I'll take two they're small.
i've had the standard size for about five years & still works.
purchased this one not too long ago and find i need another for a different build. these fit well into the Stinger bumpers.
a very nifty accessory indeed.
