Your company does a great job with customer service. We have visited both locations and have had nothing but good experiences.
The Chantilly location is closest to the house and always willing to provide guidance. The Winchester shop can be a little clicks with the more frequent racers, but everyone seems willing to help.
The one suggestion I could offer is courses for beginners to custom builds. Something like a 101, 201, 301 course. Explaining the basic repairs/operations, radios, ESC’s, and servo’s. Then shocks/wheels combos and the best methods for the “simple” task of gluing tires. Showing the tricks of the trade. It would be awesome interaction and would naturally lead to customers buying more parts to customize their build.
