One of his standout projects, Scrappy, began life as the frame of a damaged Carbon Cub and evolved into a bush plane unlike anything else—featuring advanced airfoils, solar-equipped wings, suspension innovation, and even mounts for electric motorcycles.

E-flite® has captured this one-of-a-kind design in the officially licensed Micro Scrappy 800mm, a highly detailed STOL (Short Takeoff and Landing) scale replica. Larger than typical UMX® class models, yet still portable enough for parks and sports fields, this model is loaded with scale realism and smart technology. From molded surface details and struts to functional flaps and LED lights, Micro Scrappy delivers the perfect mix of scale appearance, short-field capability, and aerobatic performance.
