Remote Locking Differentials
Traxxas gives you the versatility to lock and unlock the front and rear differentials to suit your driving needs directly from your transmitter. Leave the differentials unlocked for relaxed driving on the trail with smooth, tight turning and better handling at high speeds. When the trail gets technical, lock the front and rear differentials, or just the front, for superior grip over extreme terrain. This patented design has been proven rugged and capable in the Traxxas Summit. Sleeved micro cables control the differential action for scale appearance, without limiting the huge suspension articulation.
Hi/Low Range Transmission

Torque Twist Eliminated
The portal axles use gear reduction right at the wheels that dramatically reduces undesirable torque twist. Total axle gear reduction is over twice non-portal designs. The Titan 550 motor torque is translated into straight, powerful, forward motion, rather than wasted energy twisting your rig right off the rocks.
The Power of Portals
The TRX-4 Scale and Trail Crawler is equipped right out of the box with Traxxas' game-changing portal axle set. Portal axles lift the truck at the wheels for huge center pumpkin ground clearance. In order to achieve the same clearance with straight axles (and not get stuck), your tires would have to be over an inch taller than the TRX-4's tires. Straddling boulders with ease, the TRX-4 chassis definitely takes the path less traveled and simply leaves all the others behind.
Improved Geometry
Portal axle geometry raises the axle link mounts and center driveshaft, greatly reducing critical driveshaft and suspension link angles. This means less strain on the driveshafts, and the higher suspension links provide greater clearance with less scraping and dragging across the rocks. The steering drag link and tie rod are also raised up and out of harm's way.
Rigid Steel Frame
A heavy-duty formed-steel ladder frame with molded cross members creates an extremely rigid backbone that lets the suspension do the work it was designed to do. You’ll feel the difference on trails where the elimination of chassis flex allows for precise wheel placement when navigating technical terrain.
Scale Detail
The TRX-4 Trail and Scale is being shown with the legendary Land Rover Defender body, complete with exciting scale details for an authentic 4-wheelin’ experience. Traxxas included a functional spare wheel and tire, an off-road jack, and spare fuel canisters. Secure your trail gear in the included roof basket. There’s even a snorkel for taking the waterproof TRX-4 through creek crossings. The rugged bumpers provide clearance and protection and are equipped with recovery D-rings. The front bumper is designed to be compatible with many popular off-road accessories.
Aluminum GTS Shocks
Oil-filled coil-over GTS shocks were created exclusively for the TRX-4 chassis. These silver-anodized aluminum units deliver silky-smooth damping performance and feature threaded shock bodies for easy ride height adjustments. The convincing scale realism looks great and they perform even better with an O-ring cap seal and dual X-ring shaft seals.

Overview
The Yeti Jr™ RTR takes everything you admire about the 1/10 scale Yeti chassis and shrinks it down to 1/18 scale - then tops it off with a licensed Can-Am® Maverick X3 body for a fun 4WD that anyone can handle. Out of the box, this tiny terror is ready for scale adventures!
Before the Yeti, the only place to find an independent suspension with floating solid rear axle was in full-size off-road vehicles. Axial carried its advantages over into RC rock racers and crawlers. The suspension design give the Yeti Jr responsive handling, increased clearance, and improved stability at high speeds. Its included 380-size motor adds the perfect amount of speed and torque. When that muscle meets the tread of the Maxxis® Bighorn 2.0 radial tires, you've got all the traction you need for fast, smooth rides over virtually any surface.

To help keep the scale premise in check, simply shrinking down an existing axle was just not an option. In keeping the proportions correct along with yielding ample terrain clearance a new axle was designed, the AR18. Features include a compact two-piece design, captured pinion gear, and three-linked rear suspension with integrated sway-bar like support design for improved handling.

The Yeti Jr.™ features a three-linked rear suspension design with integrated sway-bar like support for improved handling. The rear axle has upper and lower mounting points for the trailing arm, allowing you to fine tune your suspension setup.
The Yeti™ Jr. is equipped with an Independent Front Suspension (IFS) system to help maintain high-speed stability when running through a diverse range of terrain. The IFS system allows you to better control the intended direction of travel at high speeds when one side is adjusting to overcome road obstructions. The stability that the IFS front end provides is paramount for off road racing.

The body mount system allows easy access to the electronics with only the removal of two body mount clips.
No micro gearing here, instead the drivetrain features 48P gears, which is not only a robust design but also expands the number of possible gearing configurations. The spur gear is mated to a 15T metal pinion gear for optimal gearing.
Adjusting gear mesh to accommodate different sized pinion or spur gears has never been easier with the help of a cam style motor mount design. The front top plate secures the cam motor plate in place and all the screws thread down into the chassis, eliminating the need for extra-long hex drivers in order to secure the motor and gear mesh.
Just because the Yeti Jr. is smaller in size doesn't mean the features need to follow suit. No bushings found here, instead the Yeti Jr. drivetrain is freely spinning on sealed cartridge bearings throughout the entire vehicle.
Maxxis Bighorn 2.0 tires feature a non-directional tread pattern that is suitable for use in a wide variety of conditions such as hard packed dirt, soft terrain, and traversing scale trails in your backyard!

The battery tray is fully height adjustable with multiple configurations available. It's easily changeable between 6-Cell NiMH battery packs or smaller battery packs. The integrated battery tray can be easily accessed without having to remove any body clips or even the body, allowing for quick battery swaps.
The rear driveshaft is centered for efficiency, and is mated to the rear differential outdrive which is captured by a bearing to keep things running smoothly.

Overview
The 1/10 scale Axial® SCX10™ III Jeep® JT Gladiator 4WD RTR marks the next step forward in ready-to-run, scale off-road action. While continuing to incorporate key components that have made SCX10™ vehicles successful, the SCX10™ III chassis increases realism with details that include a replica V8 engine to house the front-mounted 540 brushed motor, mated to a realistic transmission housing and transfer case like a 1:1 vehicle. The Spektrum™ DX3™ 3-channel 2.4GHz DSMR® transmitter and Firma™ 40A ESC/receiver are also ready to give you the advantages of innovative Spektrum™ Smart technology.
Out of the box, the SCX10™ III Jeep® JT Gladiator transmission offers a third-channel DIG function that lets you lock the rear axle from the transmitter for front wheel drive and a tighter turning radius. Though locked out from the factory, you can set up the vehicle to have a 40% faster second gear instead of DIG — or, by adding another micro servo and using a radio with at least four channels (such as the 5-channel Spektrum DX5), have simultaneous access to both the DIG and two-speed functions.
The SCX10™ III Jeep® JT Gladiator uses new AR45™ portal axles to improve performance by increasing the ground clearance and reducing torque twist. The motor is located at the front of the chassis for forward weight. The standard battery tray is positioned near the vehicle's center for improved balance and accepts full-size LiPo or NiMH packs. There are also locations in the side pods for drivers who prefer smaller "shorty" LiPo packs. Inner fenders and floor sides hide internal components that would usually be visible from the side of the chassis.
Topping off the chassis is a scale Jeep® JT Gladiator body that mirrors its full-size counterpart with many highly authentic details. The body has over 20 injection-molded parts including a bed rack, door handles, mirrors, hood vents and more — taking polycarbonate body realism to the next level. The body has been split into three pieces for a more realistic deep bed. Officially licensed Nitto Trail Grappler tires on 3-piece beadlock wheels add more scale realism and more grip on dirt, rocks, and all other off-road trails.
With the Spektrum™ DX3™ radio, you'll enjoy the superior range, response, and interference resistance of DSMR® technology. Together with the installed Firma™ Smart 40A ESC/receiver, it also offers the advantages of exclusive Spektrum™ Smart technology. Install a Spektrum Smart LiPo battery and you can view vehicle battery capacity at a glance on the DX3 transmitter's voltage level indicator. REPLICA V8 ENGINE COVER, TRANSMISSION HOUSING AND TRANSFER CASE
The V8 engine cover protects the 540-size motor and is mated to a scale transmission housing. In addition to offering motor protection and realistic looks, the design gives the chassis forward-mounted weight.
DIG TRANSMISSION WITH TWO-SPEED OPTION
The transmission arrives set up with a DIG function for locking the rear axle from the DX3 transmitter — giving you the tighter turning radius of front wheel drive on demand. You can also choose to set up the vehicle with a 40% faster second gear instead of DIG, or upgrade with an additional micro servo and 4+ channel radio (such as the Spektrum™ DX5) to have access to both the DIG and two-speed functions simultaneously.

The Axial SCX10 III Jeep JL Wrangler incorporates the key components that have made the Axial SCX10 series successful - but takes realism and detail to a higher level. The SCX10 III includes a replica V8 engine to house the front-mounted 540 motor. It's mated to a realistic transmission housing and transfer case, just like a 1:1 vehicle.
The unique and versatile transmission can be built in several ways. If using a 3-channel radio, you can set it up with a third-channel DIG function that lets you lock the rear axle from the transmitter for front wheel drive and a tighter turning radius. Another 3-channel option is to set up the vehicle with a two-speed transmission to select between high and low speeds. To have access to the two-speed transmission and DIG function simultaneously, just add another servo and use a radio with at least four channels!
The SCX10 III Jeep JL Wrangler kit features portal axles to improve performance by increasing the ground clearance at the pumpkin, while reducing torque twist. Its standard battery tray accepts full-size standard LiPo or NiMH packs. There's also space on the side rails for drivers who prefer "shorty" packs. Inner fenders and floor sides hide the internal components that hinder the scale look.
To top off the chassis, the kit comes with a clear Jeep Wrangler Unlimited four-door body that's ready for finishing however you like. Scale details include a roll cage, front hood vents and cowl, windshield wipers, mirrors, door handles and more, plus a detailed interior. New taller and wider, officially licensed Nitto Trail Grappler tires on 3-piece licensed KMC Machete beadlock wheels add more scale realism and more grip on dirt, rocks, and all other off-road trails.

The Axial SCX10 II UMG10 1/10 Scale Rock Crawler Kit was developed for builders that prefer to add their own details. The UMG10 starts with the proven SCX10 II kit as its foundation. The high performance SCX10 II kit platform is combined with the unique UMG10 cab forward body, bed cage and interior to give a realistic, yet aggressive, military inspired look. Plus, a host of included scale parts allow the freedom to add personal touches, and build the rig the way you want.
Axial also includes military-style MW19 1.9 beadlock wheels with MT45 1.9 tires in R35 compound, and a functional spare tire to finish off the look of this high performance, adventure ready kit. The off-road performance that has made the SCX10 II a class leader, carries on in this short wheelbase package. Add the radio and electronics you want, and build a custom, one of a kind machine that stands out on the trail.
CAB FORWARD BODY DESIGN
The kit comes with a realistic, military based, cab forward body. The aggressive approach angle created by its front end design enables the UMG10™ to take on steep inclines. It's 11.4" (288mm) wheelbase helps with agility in challenging terrain.
REAR CAGE DESIGN
The body and cage are bolted together. The hinge at the rear of the chassis allows you to tilt the body and cage up and out of the way. The spare tire carrier and hinged design that allows easy access to the battery and on-board components.
INTERIOR DETAILS
Detail your UMG10 kit's interior with the parts provided. Choose from three hat styles for the driver's plastic molded head. Shift levers, a steering wheel, and a variety of decals are also included.
LED READY
A total of eight mounting locations for LEDs are found throughout the vehicle. Four lights can be mounted in the front grille, two in the front bumper, and two in the rear frame plate. (LED lights are not included)
SCX10™ TRANSMISSION
The SCX10™ transmission mimics a real transmission with a bell housing, oil pan and 4X4 transfer case. By placing the transfer case lower in the chassis and centering the driveshafts with the axle input housings, Axial created a more efficient driveline with improved driveshaft angles to reduce stress on moving parts. The transmission also includes a full set of ball bearings and all-metal internal gears.

AR44™ SINGLE PIECE HI-PINION AXLES
The AR44™ axle features a high pinion gear set for a much lower gear ratio than most cars, plus a smaller pumpkin and added strength. The gear set helps to reduce the torque twist often associated with smaller gear sets. The axle itself retains the durability associated with the SCX10, despite being delivered in a smaller axle housing.
MW19™ 1.9 BEADLOCK WHEELS
The UMG10 kit features MW19 1.9 beadlock wheels, with a spare that you can mount in the bed cage – five in total. It's a three piece wheel design, utilizing six screws which help the wheel firmly grip the MT45 tires. The wheel nut cap resembles a receptacle for a simulated central tire inflation system. The wheels are molded in black plastic and feature a standard 12mm wheel hex hub.
MT45™ 1.9 TIRES
Keeping the truck on course and climbing difficult terrain are a set of MT45 tires molded in our sticky R35 compound rubber. The big block symmetrical tread pattern provides plenty of grip for climbing steep obstacles.

Overview
Out of the box, the SCX10™ III Jeep® JLU Wrangler transmission features a third-channel DIG function that lets you lock the rear axle from the transmitter for front wheel drive and a tighter turning radius. As an alternative, you can set up the vehicle with a two-speed transmission instead and select between high and low speeds. If you'd like to use both the two-speed transmission and DIG function, just add another servo and a radio with at least four channels (such as the 5-channel Spektrum™ DX5).
The SCX10™ III Jeep® JLU Wrangler uses portal axles to improve performance by increasing the ground clearance and reducing torque twist. Its standard battery tray accepts full-size "standard" LiPo or NiMH packs. There's space on the side rails as well for drivers who prefer smaller packs. Inner fenders and floor sides hide internal components that would usually be visible from the side of the chassis.
The chassis is topped off with a Jeep® Wrangler Unlimited four-door body that includes a roll cage, front hood vents and cowl, windshield wipers, mirrors, door handles and other molded-in details, plus a detailed interior and LED lighting. New taller and wider, officially licensed Nitto Trail Grappler tires on 3-piece beadlock wheels add more scale realism and more grip on dirt, rocks, and all other off-road trails.
With the Spektrum™ DX3™ radio's exclusive DSMR® technology, you'll enjoy the superior range, response, and interference resistance of exclusive DSMR® technology. Together with the installed Firma™ Smart 40A ESC/receiver, it also offers the advantages of exclusive Spektrum™ Smart technology. Install a Spektrum Smart LiPo battery and you can view vehicle battery capacity at a glance on the DX3 transmitter's voltage level indicator. Outfit the DX3 with the optional BT2000 Bluetooth module and download the free Spektrum Dashboard™ app to your smart device, and you're also ready to use Smart real-time telemetry — without needing on-board sensors or modules.

MULTIPLE BATTERY MOUNTING LOCATIONS
The SCX10™ III Jeep® JLU Wrangler has a standard battery tray that accepts full-size "standard" LiPo or NiMH packs. There's space on the side rails, too, for drivers who prefer smaller size packs.
DIG TRANSMISSION WITH TWO-SPEED OPTION
The transmission arrives set up with a DIG function for locking the rear axle from the transmitter, giving you the tight turning radius of front wheel drive on demand — Micro Dig Servo (SPMSSX107) included! You can also choose to set up the vehicle for a two-speed transmission instead, by taking the included Micro Dig Servo and moving it to the two-speed linkage. The transmission also includes a full set of ball bearings and all-metal internal gears for strength and durability.
PORTAL OFFSET AXLE HOUSING WITH HYPOID RING AND PINION GEAR
Portal Axles like those found in some full-size off-roaders provide higher ground clearance and reduce the torque on other drivetrain components for improved performance.
ADJUSTABLE WHEELBASE CHASSIS
JLU Wrangler wheelbase is adjustable to let you choose the size of your chassis. The chassis is stiffer than the previous SCX10™ II chassis, for less frame flexing and more precise suspension movement.
OPTIMIZED SUSPENSION GEOMETRY
The suspension geometry is based on the SCX10™ II but refined slightly for the new chassis layout. The front suspension has been optimized to reduce bump steer, while the rear 4-link reduces torque twist.
FENDER LINERS AND FLOOR SIDES
The SCX10™ III Jeep® JLU Wrangler body's fender liners and floor sides hide internal components that would usually be visible from the side of the chassis.
LICENSED 3-PIECE BEADLOCK WHEELS
Legendary in the off-road world, these officially licensed KMC XD Machete wheels are molded in black and include stunning scale details. Because they're 3-piece beadlock wheels, tires can be mounted, removed and replaced easily without gluing.
NITTO TRAIL GRAPPLER TIRES
The R35 compound Nitto Trail Grappler tires included with the SCX10™ III Jeep® JLU Wrangler are taller and wider (4.7 x 1.7), providing more ground clearance and more grip on dirt, rocks, and all other off-road trails.
ALUMINUM ADJUSTABLE COILOVER SHOCKS
The oil-filled shocks have hard anodized, threaded bodies, a single coilover spring, plus an emulsion-style cap with screw for easier rebuilds. The shocks are tunable for achieving the best dampening rate. Their increased bore size also creates more fluid volume for better performance.
SPEKTRUM DX3 2.4GHz DSMR TRANSMITTER
The included Spektrum™ DX3™ radio features exclusive DSMR® technology for superior range, response, and interference resistance. It's also fully compatible with the Smart telemetry potential provided by the vehicle's installed Spektrum™ Firma™ Smart 40A ESC/receiver.

JEEP WRANGLER UNLIMITED 4-DOOR BODY
The scale Jeep® Wrangler Unlimited body mirrors its full-size counterpart with a detailed interior for "super scale" looks. The interior has a molded roll cage, steering wheel, and driver head. There are many molded scale details on the body, too: front radiator/light buckets; front hood vents; front cowl; windshield wipers; mirrors; door handles; fuel door; and spare tire.
